How do you fix the exchange rate during the non-cash exchange of altcoins?

The exchange rate in the application is formed according to the following formula: Cryptocurrency exchange rate to USDT on the Binance exchange * Ruble exchange rate on Forex - % commission.

The amount payable in the application is fixed and takes into account exchange rate changes of no more than 0.3% by the time the transaction is completed. Otherwise, the amount for payment can be recalculated at the current rate of the site or returned to the user.

We make recalculations extremely rarely and are always interested in a dialogue with the client. For example, if the price of a cryptocurrency went down sharply, we will provide a screenshot of the price chart to explain why a recalculation is required in this operation.
