How do you fix the exchange rate in a non-cash exchange of stablecoins?

In case of non-cash exchange of stablecoins, the rate in the application is fixed for 30 minutes. If the transaction has received a sufficient number of confirmations, then the payment is considered received. If the funds are not received within 30 minutes, the amount for payment can be recalculated at the current rate of the site or returned to the user.

We make recalculations extremely rarely and are always interested in a dialogue with the client. For example, if the price of a cryptocurrency went down sharply, we will provide a screenshot of the price chart to explain why a recalculation is required in this operation.
